1. The “Not Now” Boundary
You can’t carry every vision in the same season. Prioritise assignments based on timing, capacity, and purpose. Reflection: What has God truly called me to in this current season?

2. The Energy Audit Boundary
Some things drain you more than they bless you. Regularly review what’s costing you too much and realign. Reflection: What drains vs. restores me right now?

3. The Sabbath Boundary
God rested not out of weakness, but design. Build intentional rest into your rhythm, spiritually and practically. Reflection: When was the last time I truly rested?

4. The Strategic “No” Boundary
You’re not required to say yes to every request. A strong yes always requires a healthy no. Reflection: What am I doing out of guilt, not grace?

5. The System Boundary
Chaos is not spiritual. Use tools to structure your calling planners, journals, routines, and review rhythms. Reflection: What system can support my priorities this month?
